North Leigh’s excellent away 4-1 win was marred by two late red cards in their Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 South & West match at Tiverton.

The Millers were leading 4-1 with a few minutes left when Kieran Sanders head-butted Dan Western.

The referee had no choice but to dismiss the player who was followed shortly after by Elliott Osborne-Ricketts for a second yellow card.

Although missing crucial midfielder Callum McNish through suspension, Leigh took an 11th minute lead through Jamie Cook’s crispshot from the edge of the box.

Sanders fed Ingram, who despite close attention from two Tiverton defenders, he forced the ball home.
