TOM Winters has rejoined Oxford City as one of three players to put pen-to-paper for next season.
The winger left Marsh Lane a year ago for Brackley Town, from whom he joined City in 2013.
But after a year in Northamptonshire, Winters has now returned to add quality ahead of the Vanarama National League South campaign.
He will be joined by James Hawke, a former Cheltenham Town youth player who helped Cinderford Town to the Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 South & West title last season.
Midfielder Reece Fleet is also on board for next season, having impressed for City in the 2015/16 campaign, going on to win the players' player and manager's player of the year awards.
