Witney United hope keeper Paul Tassell recovers from a thigh injury in time for Saturday’s home clash with Binfield in the Premier Division.

Should Tassell fail to make it, ex-Carterton boss Steve Hale may come out of retirement to help his old club.

Witney had no regular keeper for their midweek defeat against Flackwell Heath, so midfielder Vinny Byfield took over in goal, with Tassell and John Okole injured and youth team player Eddie Dale suspended.

Former Witney keeper Chris Webb was going to play, but suffered cracked ribs last weekend.

Andy Younie returns, but Ben Thompson is out as he awaits the results of an MRI scan on a knee injury.

Kidlington are without Ben Willoughby (suspended) and injured duo Luke Holden and James Philpott for the trip to Ardley United.

Gary Swann (knee), Danny Keen (groin) and Andy Wallbridge (flu) are doubts for Wantage Town’s trip to Fairford. Sean Webb is away, though Ellis Langford returns.

Daniel Warne (ankle) and Alex Mott (ribs) are ruled out of Abingdon Town’s home game with Pegasus Juniors.

Oxford City Nomads aim for their sixth consecutive win at home to leaders Reading.

Clanfield have a spate of bans when they host Tytherington in Division 1 West.

Alan Rodgers, Adam Little and Ollie Oswin are banned, while Ben Acock, Eddie Everett and Steve Olphert are out through injury.
