NORTH Leigh boss John Brough expects no adverse reaction to his side’s Emirates FA Cup exit as they get back to league action at home to Salisbury this evening.
The Millers’ historic run to the fourth qualifying round was ended with a 6-0 thrashing at Eastleigh on Saturday, but Brough does not expect the disappointment to continue into their Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 South & West campaign.
He said: “The boys aren’t stupid – they know they were up against a very good side on Saturday.
“Eastleigh have got a lot of very good players who really should be playing in the Football League.
“We should be confident, because we were 12 games unbeaten before Saturday and now we just return to the bread and butter of the league.”
Jamie Cook (knee) and Callum McNish (hamstring) are both injured, while the unavailable Matty Woodley and Jon Steedman also miss out.
In the Premier Division, Banbury United manager Mike Ford has a full squad available as they entertain Chippenham Town.
