OXFORD City welcome back defender and captain Lee Henderson when they host fellow strugglers Weston-super-Mare tonight.

Henderson returns from suspension for the Vanarama National League South match, following his red card against Welling on Saturday, August 26.

City were pegged back three times to be held to a draw by East Thurrock United on Saturday, and boss Mark Jones is happy to have the talented defender back in contention.

Jones said: “The league is very open, and anyone can beat anyone.

“Weston have picked up a little bit over the last few games, but it’s a game we need to

win.

“I expect another open game, but I’d quite happily take a scrappy 1-0 win to be honest.

“We’re always going to score goals, and we are doing, but our problem remains keeping them out at the other end.”
