Abingdon United will face county rivals Oxford City in a Division 1 South & West derby cracker on Tuesday, August 21 after the league fixtures were announced.
Andy Slater's men kick-off their campaign on Saturday, August 18, when they travel to Winchester City, while Didcot Town are at home to Gosport Borough and City entertain Bracknell Town.
A bumper crowd is expected at Northcourt Road on Boxing Day when Abingdon host Didcot.
City will travel to Uxbridge, though they do get a derby game on New Year's Day when they entertain Abingdon.
Didcot are at home to Marlow.
In the Premier Division, Banbury United host Team Bath on the opening day.
They cross swords with neighbours Brackley Town for the first time on December 4 when they visit St James's Park.
The return leg is a Boxing Day clash at Spencer Stadium.
