Eddie Pepperell is in the final qualifying position for this season’s Dubai World Championship, following the HSBC Champions tournament in Shanghai.

The Frilford Heath golfer (right), who did not compete in Shanghai, dropped from 58th to 60th in the Race to Dubai after being overtaken by Ian Poulter and Chile’s Felipe Aguilar.

Pepperell’s qualification for the end of season championship in a fortnight's time, will depend on his performance in Turkish Airlines Open , which starts on Thursday.
