EDDIE Pepperell failed to build on a positive third round as he finished tied 33rd in the British Masters at Woburn.
The Abingdon golfer carded a two-under-par 69 on Saturday to head into the last day on four under.
But he was unable to make any headway in the final round, carding a level par 71.
The Frilford Heath member was one-over after the front nine.
He birdied the par four 12th, but was unable to pick up any further shots.
Matthew Fitzpatrick won the tournament by two shots on 15-under-par.
