EDDIE Pepperell dropped well off the pace after a disappointing second round at the King’s Cup in Thailand.
The Frilford Heath golfer, placed tenth after the first round, but had four bogeys in a two-over-par round of 72 to slip down to tied 36th on a one-under-par total of 139.
Pepperell, at 172, is the third highest ranked player in the field, but trails the leaders, Australian Terry Pilkadaris and Thaliand’s Sattaya Supupramai, by six shots at the halfway stage.
