A DISASTROUS triple-bogey led to Eddie Pepperell just missing the cut in the Trophy Hassan II in Morocco.
After a level-par first round of 73, the Abingdon golfer was well-placed, but an outward half of 41, culminating a six at the par-three ninth hole which left him a lot of work to do.
Pepperell managed three birdies and a bogey in the inward half for a three-over-par second round of 76, but his 149 left him a shot over the cut line.
The Oxfordshire’s Craig Hinton also missed the cut after a second 78.
Frenchman Gregory Havret leads on 140.
