The U's head coach has already held discussions with some of those whose deals expire this summer.

And he will have conversations with the others over the next couple of days, with Monday a likely date to announce the futures of the seven individuals.

Danny Hylton and Johnny Mullins are the two highest-profile players whose deals expire, with Josh Ruffels, Benji Buchel, Chris Maguire, Jordan Bowery and Patrick Hoban also waiting to learn their fate.
