Putney rally driver Suzanne Napleton was pipped at the post in a national driving competition on Thursday.
Last week the Guardian reported how the 28-year-old marketing executive was hoping to bag a rally car and sponsorship deal by winning the LadyQuest 98 title at Silverstone Race Track.
But despite a good performance Suzanne failed to win. Now she is appealing for help from our readers.
She said: "It has been my life's dream to drive a rally car in competition but to do that I need sponsorship."
Anyone interested in helping out Suzanne by offering sponsorship should ring the Guardian on 0181 687 4341.
