RUGBY UNION: London Welsh hearing deferred

LONDON Welsh must wait until at least tomorrow to learn the verdict of their RFU hearing into charges that they fielded an ineligible player.

The hearing regarding the case of scrum half Tyson Keats took place today, but the panel of Jeremy Summers (chairman), Mark McCafferty and Peter Budge will consider their decision over night.

It is hoped a verdict will be reached tomorrow.
