LEADERS Oxford Harlequins were pushed hard in a 33-20 victory at Cheltenham.

Quins, for whom No 8 Seisoni Tupou scored two tries, led 33-12 at break before having to defend well in the second period.

It was 14-12 to Quins after 20 minutes, with centre Mike Lee and Tupou going over for the visitors and full back Will Hilton converting both.

Full back Ollie Young and wing Dave Tomlinson notched for Cheltenham, with scrum half Ryan Hill converting the latter.

Tupou, flanker Charlie Ward and debutant replacement Lewis Eth-eridge added to Quins’ try tally, fly half Zac Norris and Hilton converting one each.

Hill slotted a second-half penalty and added a try.

Two tries from Harry Carr (pictured) helped Grove beat Marlow 35-19 at Cane Lane.

Brothers Cash and Joe Chivers, plus Guy Nicholl, also went over for the hosts, with Roger Sevier kicking two conversions and two penalties.

Grove are now 16 points clear of the relegation zone and could yet battle it out with Witney for fourth place.
