LEADERS Littlemore kept their 100 per cent record intact, with an action-packed 32-14 home win over Oxford in the BB&O Championship.

The visitors had led 14-12 with 12 minutes to go, but the match turned on Dave Hilton’s yellow card.

With Littlemore 7-0 up at the break, the second half proved full of incident, with five tries, a red card and two yellows.

Scores from Will Boyes and Ali Gibb, both converted by Harry Gillett, put Oxford ahead.

Littlemore replied with an unconverted try and grasped the initiative when Hilton was sin-binned.

They added three more tries to land a bonus-point win.

Wheatley beat Harwell 36-20 away from home.

The hosts cancelled out Jack Taylor’s try to lead 10-7, thanks to scores from Lewis Giddings and Ben Granville.

Aaron Laman levelled with a penalty, before he and Iain Downer crossed to make it 24-10 to Wheatley.

Harwell hit back through a Giddings try, but the visitors made it 31-15, when Josh Hillsdon went over.

Giddings completed his hat-trick, but there was still time for Wheatley’s Hillsdon to go over again.

Laman converted four of their tries.

Faringdon beat Berkshire Shire Hall 18-11.
