JACK Taylor’s hat-trick of tries helped Wheatley bounce back from successive defeats when beating Aldermaston 60-0.

Taylor converted his own try to open the scoring in the BB&O Championship clash, before Nick Banton was forced off with a dislocated shoulder.

Joe Taylor was next to go over, before Jordan Hook crossed twice to make it 22-0.

The visitors enjoyed a good spell, but the hosts defended well and cleared their lines.

Wheatley went into the break with a 29-0 lead when Josh Hillsdon scored out wide. Jack Taylor added the extras.

Andy Willis then scored twice in quick succession.

Leaders Littlemore beat Chipping Norton 36-12 to make it 15 wins in a row.

Aaron Ward’s unconverted try gave the hosts the lead, but two scores saw Chippy lead 12-5 at half-time.

Littlemore responded with five unanswered tries from Cameron Bashford, Jonny Williams, Stewart Beale, Ben Symington and Rich Tattersall.

Williams converted three to ensure the leaders earned a bonus-point win for a 12th time.

Meanwhile, Harwell beat Faringdon 17-12.

In the Premier, Didcot defeated Risborough 31-30 and Abingdon triumphed 12-10 at Hungerford.
