A STRONG second-half display saw second-placed Bicester race to a 50-22 victory at home to Gosford All Blacks.

Bicester took the lead in the Southern Counties North clash after Dave Hampton charged down a kick to dot down. Tom Miles added the extras.

All Blacks levelled when Sutton chipped over the home defence and streaked over. Tim Ellis converted.

Bicester headed into halftime with a 19-12 lead as two Peter Tarrega tries sandwiched another Sutton score.

The north Oxon side maintained their momentum in the second period.

Tries from Charlie Bethell (2), Tevita Naleca and Lemeki Volevov, three of which were converted by Miles, made it 45-12.

Gosford refused to throw in the towel and were rewarded for their efforts when Richard Tyler drove over and Sutton completed his hat-trick for the bonus point.

There was still time for one last move from Bicester and Will Anns squeezed over to complete the scoring.

Wallingford beat Stow-on-the-Wold 24-0 to record a third-straight win.
