HOWE Richard HUGH Passed away peacefully in the John Radcliffe Hospital on 4th August 2018 aged 84 Years. Much loved husband of Abbi, loving father to Danita and grandfather to Thea. Will be sadly missed by family and friends. Private Family Service. Family flowers only, by request.
