ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Stanton Harcourt - Main Road Prohibition of Through Traffic Date of Order: 22 July 2019 Coming into force: 27 July 2019 This Order is being introduced because of installation of new sewer main which are anticipated to take 4 weeks to complete. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in a section of Main Road, Stanton Harcourt near to Steady's Lane.

Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force.

Exemptions are included for police, fire and ambulance

services and for the works and for access to premises which

are only accessible from the closed section of road.

The alternative route for traffic affected by the closure is via

Standlake and Hardwick - B4449 - Standlake Road A415 -

Abingdon Road A415 - un-named road - Standlake Road -

un-named road - Main Road and visa versa.

This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of

18 months or until the works have been completed whichever

is the sooner (Ref. T6662)

Notice of Temporary Traffic Order

Finstock, Well Hill Prohibition of Through Traffic

Date ofOrder: 22 July2019 Coming intoforce: 29 July2019 This Order is being introduced because of drainage works which are anticipated to be completed on 9 August 2019. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit any vehicle proceeding in the whole length of Well Hill. Appropriate traffic signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force. Exemptions are included for emergency services and for the works and for access to premises which are only accessible from the closed section of road. The alternative route for traffic is via School Road-B4022-High Street and vice versa. This Order will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref. T6673/RAG)

(VARIOUS ROADS - WEST OXFORDSHIRE) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PERMITTED PARKING) (VARIATION NO.15) ORDER 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 8 July 2019 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 15 July 2019 further amends the Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads -West Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) order 2012. This results from the development of land and an access on the north side of Corn Street at the eastern end. No Waiting at Any Time (double yellow lines) has been extended by 12 meters to a point 46 metres east of its junction with Corn Bar with the equivalent loss of on-street parking.

(ASTON AND BAMPTON AREA) (SPEED LIMITS)

ORDER 2019

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 8 July 2019 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order, which comes into force on 15 July 2019, as a result of development of land adjacent to Cote Road, is to extend the 30mph speed limit on Cote Road, Aston by 140 metres, in place of the current national speed limit to a point 285 metres east of its junction with Foxwood. The existing Oxfordshire County Council (Aston and Bampton Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2011 is revoked/replaced. A copy of the order and all detailed documents may be inspected at County Hall, New Road, Oxford, OX11ND, between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday; and at Bampton Library, Old Grammar School, Church View, OX18 2NE from 2pm to 5pm & 5.30pm to 7pm Monday, 10am to 12.30pm Wednesday & Saturday and 2pm to 5pm Thursday.
