for Oxfordshire West Hanney Byway Open To All Traffic No. 2 (part) Modification Order 2019 The above Order made on the 23rd January 2019, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Statement for the area by: Adding a width to the Definitive Statement for the section of West Hanney Byway Open To All Traffic No. 2 running NNE from East Hanney Restricted Byway 17 at approximately SU 4099 9270 to School Road at SU 4104 9288 A copy of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement is available online at
public-site/consultation. Copies have also been placed and may be seen free of charge during opening hours at:

Copies of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement may be purchased from Countryside Records, Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX11ND, at the price of £3.50 per copy. Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Countryside Records, Oxfordshire County Council, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND or countrysiderecords@ox^ordshire.gov.uk not later than 27th September 2019 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. PLEASE NOTE - This is a re-advertisement. Previous representations will be taken into account and need not be resubmitted.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn the Oxfordshire County Council, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
