  • It will concentrate predominantly on the 'Bullfinch gang' - seven men jailed for at least 95 years for the rape and abuse of six girls in the city
  • Thames Valley Police and Oxfordshire County Council's social services department expected to be heavily criticised for missing signs the girls - who were under its care or known to staff - were being groomed and sexually exploited
  • Release of the report will happen at 11am
  • We will have stories from 8am, a summary of the report findings at 11am and reaction and analysis throughout the day
