With crisp floral aromas and lively fruit, this classic Chablis has good ripeness and flavours of lemon with a subtle touch of honey – delicious!
Chateau Haut Pasquet 2008, Bordeaux
Very well made great value Bordeaux, nicely aged and smoothly textured with classic flavours of blackcurrant and cassis – perfect with turkey or light meats!
Taylor’s Fine Ruby Port NV, Portugal
This classic port has rich black fruit with a nice juxtaposition of sweetness, alcohol and acidity as well as lovely complex flavours of prune, fig and nuts. Too good for the end of the meal!
