Prosecco Passa Parola NV, Italy
Getting more popular all the time – it seems that everyone is buying more and more Prosecco. Scented and medium bodied, this is a great wine on its own, or try it with some peach juice and make a classic Bellini cocktail – ideal festive drinking!
Petit Chablis Justin Nocevin 2012, Burgundy
With crisp floral aromas and lively fruit, this classic Chablis has good ripeness and flavours of lemon with a subtle touch of honey – delicious!
De Chansac Old Vine Carignan 2012, France
A stunning example of how old vines make brilliant wine. This is smooth and round with subtle touches of leather and spice – lovely wine.
Taylor’s Fine Ruby Port NV, Portugal
This classic port has rich black fruit with a nice juxtaposition of sweetness, alcohol and acidity as well as lovely complex flavours of prune, fig and nuts. Too good for the end of the meal!
