Catarratto is a grape variety from Sicily which produces fragrant aromas of peaches and limes along with crisp citrus fruit flavours that are a great match for seafood pasta dishes.
Miopasso Fiano 2010
This excellent wine made from the Fiano grape variety has subtle flavours of pears, apple blossom and a subtle touch of honey and is a perfect match with fish dishes and tuna pasta.
Nero d’Avola, Terra Firma 2010
This wine’s soft rich red berry fruit make it a real success with meatballs as well as semi spicy pasta and parmesan dishes.
Volpetto Chianti 2009
Supple and smooth wine with complex flavours of black cherries, violets and red berry fruit – a great match with many pasta dishes from vegetables to bolognese.
