A Mad World My Masters

RSC, Stratford-upon-Avon

Friday 7.15pm, Saturday 1.15pm, Wednesday 7.15pm

Call 0844 800 1110 or rsc.org.uk

The RSC has itself a smasheroo in this gleefully smutty version of Thomas Middleton’s 1608 play. This superbly acted revival does for Middleton (Queen’s, Oxford) what the National Theatre did for Carlo Goldoni in One Man, Two Guvnors — but funnier. Well worth the traipse northwards.
