A MAN charged with manslaughter over the death of chef Michael Rogers attended a preliminary hearing at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
Logan Usher, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, is accused of manslaughter in relation to Mr Rogers, who died on August 25, 2011.
Mr Rogers, 31, was left with severe injuries after an incident at the Red Lion pub in Kidlington in June 2010.
His life support machine was turned off 14 months after the incident and he died on August 25.
Usher, 23, was released on conditional bail and is due to enter a plea on Friday, July 19.
