People convicted of offences at Banbury Magistrates' Court recently:
- David O’Neil, 24, of East Street, Oxford, admitted driving at 44mph in the 20mph zone in Morrell Avenue on September 17. Fined £150 with a £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs, plus six points added to driving licence.
- Adam Judge, 28, of Harlech Close, Banbury, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress on February 11 in Banbury. Fined £40 with £20 victims’ surcharge.
- Peter Fitzharris, 34, of Alvescot Road, Carterton, admitted having an offensive weapon, a golf club in a public place and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Carterton on June 26. Fined £360 and with £15 victims’ surcharge and £500 costs.
- Anthony Krishnarajah, 26, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, convicted of receiving three stolen bluetooth headsets worth £134.97 from Maplins in Castle Quay, Banbury, on September 8. Community order with a two-month curfew and £310 costs.
