TROUBLED Oxford photography firm Blue Amigo has applied to be dissolved.

It has notified the London Gazette and filed with Companies House to strike off.

Following a series of stories by the Oxford Mail, several customers have come forward to say the Little Clarendon Street business did not fulfil orders.

The Mail has been unable to contact managing director Julie Cook who filed the striking-off papers on March 15.

The forms were processed on April 16 and now the company, which was formed in 2007 before being dissolved and re-formed in October 2011, will cease to officially trade.

Its phones have been disconnected and the studio has been closed for several months.

It is up for let by property agent Cluttons.

However, many people have left complaints on the photography firm’s Facebook page and said it was still processing orders this week.

The Mail has also been unable to contact owner Firaj Vakil.
