SO THE Oxfam shop in Headington is to close its doors for three weeks for a complete revamp (April 10).
Who is paying for this work?
I would hate to think that those much-loved Spiderman dolls I recently donated were paying towards a new roll of designer wallpaper, rather than a bowl of rice for those in the Third World.
