TURNOUT is down significantly in this year's Oxfordshire County Council elections.
Only 31.87 per cent of the electorate turned out, down from 38 per cent at the last county council election in 2009.
That translates to 159, 535 people voting out of the 500, 521 strong electorate, or less than a third.
Of those who did cast their vote, 31,060 were postal votes.
