AN EXAMINATION of plans to build 16,000 homes in West Oxfordshire by 2031 will continue tomorrow.
Planning inspector Malcolm Rivett is set to launch the third stage of an assessment of West Oxfordshire District Council’s modified Local Plan.
The examination, which will be held in the council’s Woodgreen offices in Witney from 10am, will explore if the plan is ‘sound’ before it can be implemented.
Homes have been earmarked in areas including Witney, Carterton, Eynsham, Chipping Norton and Woodstock.
