I have been extremely busy this festive period.

Not only with many custom orders being fulfilled but also by attending many local Christmas Fairs.

This allowed me to meet many customers first-hand as well as other artisans who were equally passionate about their hand-made gifts.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my local customers who have bought my handmade items from both the craft fairs and Sew Very Vintage, Wallingford.

Your custom is greatly appreciated and it is always so wonderful to see my handcrafted items being enjoyed by all who buy them and receive them.

I am eager to see what the New Year will bring.

I have a few exciting Alice In Wonderland-inspired projects planned, some of which will be making their way very soon to Sew Very Vintage.

Lego and Scrabble will also continue to be used throughout my work, giving them a quirky and personalised finish!

I am happy to customise all my handmade art with names, dates and specific messages as required.

Some of my frames will also be designed to hold a personal photograph of your choice, giving them even more of a personalised touch – perfect for every special occasion.

My handmade pebble frames have proven to be extremely popular both in store and on etsy with many being shipped over-seas for Christmas gifts.

I never expected them to be as popular as they have proven to be, but I am so pleased to see the happiness they bring to people’s faces when they see them for sale in the shop.

I look forward to expand the range even further this year, with a wider variety of frames and personal messages.

I am particularly looking forward at the moment to making many bespoke pebble frames in the next few weeks and months, perfect for Valentine's Day and Mother's Day Gifts.

These will be available to buy in store from mid-January.

As mentioned in a previous article, my Pebble Frames have been a big hit!

I have added a wider selection of these to my online shop www.etsy.com/uk/shop/CristinasQuirkyCraft and I have recently been receiving custom orders for these, which I am thoroughly enjoying making.

If you would like to order a specific handmade picture, drop me an email with your requirements to CristinasQuirkyCrafts@gmail.com or pop in to Sew Very Vintage
