A TALK exploring how to make Oxfordshire a better place to live is being hosted by the Oxford Civic Society.
It is taking place on Wednesday at the Magdalen College Auditorium in Longwall Street from 6.30pm.
Expert Jayne Woodley, Chief Executive of the Oxfordshire Community Foundation, will tell the audience how her organisation is developing its understanding of the county's needs and resources.
She will speak on how to inspire more philanthropy and build partnerships and community-based solutions to social problems.
The free talk will be followed by the civic society's annual general meeting.
