RECENT archaeological discoveries in a South Oxfordshire town will be discussed at a talk this evening.
Richard Oram, a planning archaeologist from the county council, will talk to The Wallingford Historical and Archaeological Society about 'recent archaeological discoveries in Wallingford and its environs'.
Prior to his 12-year stint at the council, Mr Oram worked as a field archaeologist for a number of commercial archaeological organisations in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
The talk begins at 8pm in St Mary’s Church, Wallingford. Entry costs £4.
