A MAN suffered a bruised ankle after someone trapped his foot in a car door outside a supermarket.
The 56-year-old was injured in a daylight assault in Sainsbury’s car park in Banbury, by a man with a ginger hair bun.
Thames Valley Police said the attacker was white, in his 30s, around 5ft 7ins tall and of medium build.
He had ginger hair tied in a bun, a beard and moustache and was wearing glasses.
The attack happened at the Oxford Road branch on Sunday, August 19 between 12.30pm and 1.30pm.
Police have urged anyone with information to call 101 or report details online.
