A TRIAL into alleged ill treatment at an Oxfordshire care home has collapsed after the jury was discharged.
Mary Craddock, 59, of Croft Road, Wallingford, Joan Lovell, 63, of St Leonard’s Lane, Wallingford and Elizabeth Collins, 62, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, all deny 18 counts alleging ill treatment at Winterbrook Nursing Home in the Wallingford.
The jury panel was sworn in as the trial began at Oxford Crown Court last week but jurors were later discharged because of an issue of disclosing evidence.
A re-trial has been set for March next year.
