THREE men have denied robbing Cherwell Valley Services with a BB gun and knuckle duster.
Anthony Gooch, of Market Street, Bracknell, Mark Sorley, of no fixed abode and Sam Edwards, of no fixed abode, all appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
All three men denied two counts of robbery, one of possession of a firearm – the BB gun – and another of possession of an offensive weapon – a knuckle duster.
The charges are in connection with an incident at the M40 stop on September 19.
Their case was adjourned for trial which will take place at the same court on February 25.
The trial is expected to last seven days.
