A FARMING project which aims to give disabled adults skills to make them more employable will use a photographic exhibition as a recruitment fair.
FarmAbility, which allows 'co-farmers' to help manage a smallholding in Wytham, is holding the photo show at the North Wall Arts Centre from this Tuesday, October 30, until November 5.
The photos by Howard Stanbury show co-farmers collecting and delivering eggs, tending the organic garden and grooming the horses.
The charity said it had organised the exhibition with 'a particular focus on trying to enable co-farmers to find meaningful work in a wider range of organisations'.
