AN investigation has been launched after the body of a man was discovered at a property in Headington.
Police were called to the home in Barton Road at around 7.55pm on Friday after the body was found.
The circumstances surrounding the death are unknown at this stage, investigators said.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained.
The man's next of kin have been informed and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
Thames Valley Police officers were still at the scene in the residential road on Saturday.
A post on the force's twitter account said a scene watch would remain in place while investigations continued.
