SPEEDING

RAHMIN UDDIN, 22, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed exceeding 30 mph at Middleton Stoney on June 17. He was fined £213 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JODI HALLIGAN, 31, of Saunders Close, Watlington, admitted speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Shirburn Road, Watlington, on March 12. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

DRINK DRIVING

DANIEL JOE ABBEY, 32, of Netherton Road, Appleton, admitted drink-driving in Blandy Avenue, Southmoor, on October 3. Had 76mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £120, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ALISON LINGER, 49, of Pinhill Road, Banbury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit on October 5 at Banbury. Had 67 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £346 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving 18 months.

ANDRIA HANHAM, 54, of Bell Close, Thame, admitted drink-driving in in Corbetts Way, Thame, on October 6. Had 88mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £950, must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 22 months.

NO INSURANCE

NICHOLAS ASPINALL, 55, of Sunningwell, Abingdon, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance on August 3 at Oxford. He was fined £540 and must pay a victim surcharge of £54 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RAYMOND CHITTOCK, 22, of Mathews Way, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on June 12 at Wootton. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LUKE EJODAMEN, 48, of Bulan Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance at Bennett Close, Oxford, on April 23. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GETHIN EVANS, 30, of Hailey Road, Witney, was convicted of driving without third party insurance at West End, Witney, on May 2. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KIETH HAMILL, 44, of Cross Leys, Chipping Norton, was convicted of driving without third party insurance at Bletchingdon on April 25. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMES JARVEY, 32, of Ulfgar Road, Witney, was convicted of driving without third party insurance at Sunderland Avenue, Oxford, on June 10. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ALAN LOBB, 35, of Blue Mountains, Wallingford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance at Fir Tree Avenue, Wallingford, on July 5. He was fiend £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER SEWELL, 34, of Broadwaters Avenue, Thame, was convicted of driving without third party insurance at Thame on June 4. He was fined £457 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CLAUDIU TRUFAS, 47, of Pioneer Way, Bicester, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance at Bicester on May 9. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MICHAEL WESTRAY, 31, of North Bar Street, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance on the A361, Bloxham, on May 26. Fined £660, must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

DAVID RICHARD EDWARD MANSER, 38, of Church Green, Stanford-in-the-Vale, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Newbury, on April 18. Fined £300, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Six penalty points.

OTHERS

JAMES MACFARLANE, 46, of Ypres Way, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to stop a vehicle when requested to do so by a constable at Abingdon on June 10. He was fined £307 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

BRADLEY SMITH, 18, of Hailey Avenue, Chipping Norton, admitted aggravated vehicle taking and failing to report an accident as a driver of a vehicle at Chipping Norton on July 28 as well as driving without a driving licence or third party insurance. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and must pay a fine of £50, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
