TWO men were arrested after police found them with a knife and drugs in a residential road in Bicester.
Thames Valley Police Bicester team said after arresting two men in Ruskin Close on Monday they were both later charged.
A 19-year-old, of Linden Road in Luton, was charged with breach of a closure order and possession of a bladed article which they said was a 'lock knife'.
A 20-year-old, of Southdrift Way in Luton, was also charged with breach of a closure order and for possession of Cannabis.
