THIEVES broke into a builder’s premises in Oxford and stole gas canisters.
Thames Valley Police said they took 18 bottles of gas from Speedy Hire in Sandy Lane West, between 5.30pm on Tuesday and 4am on Wednesday.
The offenders took the bottles from a ‘gas cage’ at the premises, which hires out a large range of tools, and specialist plant hire equipment.
The Speedy chain runs 200 hire depots across the country.
