AN EMPTY unit on Oxford High Street will become another restaurant is plans are given the green-light by Oxford City Council.

Developers will revamp the vacant shop, formally Olives Delicatessen, into a restaurant that will sell baguettes, paninis and soup.

As it is, plans are to change the floor layout to make more room in the 32 square metre site.

If they are approved, the restaurant hopes to swing open its doors at 8am, and close in the evening at 6pm.

The plans can be found on the Oxford City Council planning register using the reference 18/03126/SF56
