PEOPLE are being invited to give their views on council budget proposals that will see money spent on homelessness and supporting people in poverty.
Oxford City Council’s executive board approved its draft budget on Tuesday night and the document will now go up for public consultation.
It includes an extra £200,000 to tackle homelessness, £73million for purchasing homes in Barton park and £2.3million to expand the Museum of Oxford.
The consultation runs until January 25, 2019 with a final decision expected to be made by the council in February.
