VOLUNTEERS at a repair cafe in Oxford fixed 30 out of the 40 items they were brought.
The team from Share Oxford were also able to advise several owners how to repair their items later.
Share, who previously set up a 'library of things' to cut waste in the city, held their latest repair cafe at Common Ground cafe in Little Clarendon Street last month, and revealed their success rate in their December newsletter.
The group also said it is currently looking for more volunteers to help at repair cafes and other events around the city aimed at reducing waste.
