The Perch Inn in Binsey has closed while a new dining room extension is being built.

The famous 17th century, Grade 2 listed thatched pub on Port Meadow will re-open around February 21 after the initial building work has been completed, with a further six weeks of work expected by the end of March 2019.

The new dining room will provide year-round space for 60 covers, replacing the existing temporary pergola area and providing enviable views of the Perch’s famed pub garden.
