The former Government minister will give a speech entitled 'Why no type of Brexit is a good Brexit and how we can stop it'.
It comes as groups of campaigners are once again preparing to take part in a national day of action demanding a so-called 'people's vote'.
Stalls will be held in towns across the south of the county.
