A NEW bar could be coming to Bicester to take over the former OYAP studio.
Planning details have been submitted for the former charity base in Crown Walk to be turned into a bar with 'pool/American pool tables'.
It is a change of use application from retail to drinking establishment and has been put to Cherwell District Council for a decision.
The application says the bar hopes to open from 11am to 11.30pm throughout the week.
The unit has been sat empty for almost a year after OYAP moved out early last year.
Plans come from EPJ Poolhall and a decision is expected by March 15.
