A FRESH weather warning has been issued for ice across Oxfordshire for the rest of today and tomorrow morning.
The yellow alert is in place from 1pm until 11am on Saturday.
The Met Office said: "Friday's snow will gradually ease during Friday evening and night.
"Meanwhile, icy stretches are expected as temperatures fall Friday late afternoon and evening, especially where there is lying snow or where there has been any melting of snow during Friday daytime."
Temperatures are not expected to get above 1°, however, it could feel as cold as -5°.
An amber weather warning for snow was downgraded to yellow this morning.
Heavy snow through the night had brought warnings of power cuts and travel delays with some rural communities at risk of being cut off.

Further ahead forecasters predict only isolated snow showers later today and tomorrow, with the weather becoming less cold and wet by the beginning of next week.
