A FORMER truck site could be turned into a new housing estate with 129 homes, offices and care home.

Plans will be put to South Oxfordshire District Council today for the sweeping development at former DAF Trucks site on the Eastern Bypass in Thame, south Oxfordshire.

The development is called Kingsmead Business Park, and proposes the demolition of a large warehouse, office building and car park, which will be redeveloped to include 129 homes, offices, and a 68-bed care home.

The meeting will be held at The Fountain Conference Centre, Wallingford, at 6pm.
